Takes place during Trou Normand, immediately before the dinner with Abigail and Freddie Lounds. It was supposed to be a little doodle or two of Hannibal smoothing Will’s hair in response to this [link] and quickly escalated into 5 pages groping toward a bad pun. Oops.
